Refund policy

14-Day Return Window

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the condition of your item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.  Some exclusions apply.  Not all returns are guaranteed.  Returns are subject to approval.  Items returned in a different condition than sent may be subject to a restocking fee or rejection.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
• New/Unread comics must remain unread and in their original packaging (bags/boards; If a new book is removed from its bag, it is no longer considered "New/Unread.")
• CGC/CBCS Graded Books: The tamper-evident case (slab) must be intact. We cannot accept returns on graded books if the case has been opened, cracked, or tampered with.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.  Pictures may be requested.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Defects/Errors: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged due to poor packaging, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Changed Mind: For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
